Whole Wheat? Most people don"t even consider putting it in their pizza, much less their cupcakes. But yesterday, I was making my yummy poppyseed babycakes when I realized i had no flour. Then I glanced at the dreaded bag of whole wheat flour. I, in particular thought that it would give it a grainy taste and texture. But with no other option, I dumped the 2 cups into my bowl and there was NO turning back. After my first bite, I noticed the difference and was amazed... It tasted BETTER!
So that's my story of whole wheat's good side.
